Mr Trip’s youth workers are expected to:
Restrict their role to being one of advisory and expressions of opinion.
There will of course be clear, stated opportunities for Youth Workers to offer advice and guidance.
Fulfil their responsibilities and care for the participants at all venues
Support and follow our overall rules and regulations,
These include:
- No Alcohol at any time
- No drug taking at any time
- Smoking in designated area(s) only
- All staff must be CRB checked
- Ensure that everyone is fully aware and understand the contents of this Code of Conduct.
- Ensure that the practice of the Equal Opportunities Policy is followed in all communication.
- Ensure a qualified female accompanies any trip that has a single female present.
e.g. An all male party will need a minimum of two qualified males the driver will be one. A party of females or any female in a mixed group will have one male (driver) and one female accompany them. Heritage Minibus Service
Heritage Minibus service is a privately owned local business that has been successfully run since 2007. They provide a reliable friendly service to all our customers with excellent rates. All their employees are experienced, professional, fully licensed and CRB checked. They have public liability insurance cover and all their vehicles are fully maintained to a very high Standard. They undergo PSV regulation checks every seven weeks which is the statutory Requirement ordered by operator’s regulator licensees.
